The School Dispatcher

The Public School Dispatcher is an excellent system that assists school security personnel to respond quickly to problem areas in a school environment. The Dispatcher is interfaced with the school security or administration's existing radio system to make to make for fast response times in responding to problems. Wireless buttons are placed in key areas within the school, which when pressed, calls for security over the radio to respond to a given area. This allows security personnel to be more mobile and still respond effectively and quickly to emergency and routine calls. A typical message might be 'Security needed in the School Cafeteria'. Other wireless sensors, such as motion detectors, door/window contacts, and tilt sensors can be used for temporary (or permanant) security measures as well.

Typical button placements are:

  • Principal's Office
  • Hallways
  • Lunchrooms
  • Gymnasiums
  • Classrooms
  • Lounges
  • And more....
